Updating an app: answers to "encryption features" and "legal issues"

I want to update my app in the iTunes Appstore first time ever.

Apple asks 2 questions:

Have you added or made changes to encryption features since you last uploaded a binary for this product?
Are you updating this app because of a legal issue?

What should i answer?? Googling did not help.

(My app is a game with ads but with no players' personal data saved if it matters)

You should answer NO to both of these questions.

You are completely safe and it is irrelevant to you.
