Unity IAP restore Google Play

Hi to everybody,

I made a game, included Unity IAP and tested it, it works flawlessly and restore purchase instantly without need of any buttons pressing but it is interestingly intelligent that even if I uninstall and then install game again with internet is closed (Build & Run form Unity with connecting via USB cable), it can still recognize your old purchases and restore them.

Is it normal and why?
