What are the game mode controls for movement and camera?
I've just started using Unity and am working through tutorials. Despite my best efforts I can't find the controls when using Game Mode anywhere. My current confusion is how I'm supposed to rotate the player to look around; I'm using a default First Person Controller prefab, which will move forward, backward and sideways but won't look around. Obviously this makes exploring the scene a bit tricky.
I'm assuming the default code would include crucial controls like rotation. So I'd like to know if there's a nice list of controls somewhere.
EDIT: It is indeed mouselook for the default FPC. I have no idea why it wasn't working before, but I rebuilt the project and it works now. Probably user error of some kind. Thanks for the quick responses, good to be reassured on how it's supposed to work.
I think the FPC prefab uses a mouselook for up / down and left/right rotations... Not really too sure what your after here though, sorry.
if you are using FPS Control, you can use Joystick controller of Standerd Assets, and put one or more joystick in you scene (joystick is used GUI Texture so your player / camera will always see controls on screen). and write a small bunch to get direction or movement from joystick controller and move / rotation your character around the world
