Building solution generated by building to uwp causes pc to bluescreen

Basically everytime I build to uwp (even with an empty project) and open up the solution unity generates and try to build it, in the console it starts to list a bunch of c and cpp files and then it causes a bluescreen throwing either whea_uncorrectable_error or clock_watchdog_timeout. Ive reinstalled both unity and visual studio 2017 and I have had no luck yet
