Weird bright spot in scene when lights are off in Unity 5

Hi,

I have turned off all directional lights in my scene and also selected the skybox to be the ambient source. But I get this weird bright spot in the middle of the scene.

This also occurs if I change the ambient source to color.

What could be causing this?
