The fbx animation is different from it looks like in 3d max
Could anyone help me solve this problem? I have a 3dmax animation file , want to export to unity , do some effects ,then render sequences. Now the problem is when i export the file to unity , the unity animatin is not exectly the same animation in my 3dmax file . I guess it's because rotation is caculated by Quaternion in unity but in 3d max by Euler. How can I get the exactly same animation in unity ? Thanks.

attemp to check the Mesh Compression and Optimize Mesh option in the fbx's inspector if it doesnt work, click Edit-Project Setting-Quality-Blend Weights, the option should be 4 Bones

Try unticking Animation clip Settings from the debug menu of your animation clip.
