Starting Unity 5 failure.

So I redownloaded the setup after 2 installs of the pack install and just just got the editored. Installed it last night and i got to select a project page. It was 2 am so i shut down my system and went to sleep. Got up and try to start it and i get Welcome to unity with 3 buttons that do nothing. Work offline, Manual Activation, and quit which none do nothing again. I checked the firewall and even disabled it. No clue why its happening. Any ideas?
