Problems with Webplayer

I've downloaded this several times,and when I try to play deadfrontier it takes 3 minutes to load then the graphics don't load proper and there are blocks on the screen for text. I tried going to Unity Webplayer settings and I get blocks for text on it too.

I should meet the requirements since they're very simple just have Windows XP, which I have and is up to date.
