My sprites got corrupted or glitched,My sprites seem to be corrupted or glitched

Yesterday I was trying to add another sprite sheet to my sprite palette, after which it all turned into this big blob of overwritten textures alt text

After that, I tried to delete them, which resulted in it turning into a bigger blob of pink mess alt text

And now my whole palette turned into the same pink blob but with parts of the previous textures... help ,
