,Hi, I am making a 3D project for school and I use the kinect unity package. I want to destroy a game object called animal by using the joint detected by kinect which is my hand. I try to put in some scripts with OnTriggerEnter() and OnCollisionEnter(), but nothing works. My game has a player which i attached to the kinect manager and some bunch of animal. The unity can detect my hand and show up with my player gameObject but when i try to touch the animals it doesnt work? Can I please get some help? Im not good at coding and It very urgent.
A possible issue is that OnTriggerEnter is only called when certain types of objects interect with each other, maybe look at the table at the bottom of https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/CollidersOverview.html and make sure your objects are calling the OnTriggerEnter function to begin with
