frames per second are not working correctly from 70 to 4 tried YT fixes same situation

Hey guys i have checked youtube on how to do it and i have found 3 things 1 bake the light / DONE ,2 less update code on my C# , i only have a camera movement and the character moves on mono behavior animation, The only thing i can think of its the fact that all my design its made out of hundreds o shapes , wen i am in the house i get 60-80 fps (i did not even know i can do that with this machine) one i go outside i have a road and a wood pallet place a cross the road , the second i look at it my fps drops to 4 , i am loosing my patience , i spend 3 months just on a house a pallet place , a skip yard , and 2 stores , 2 months on making the character move and one month on the buildings , i you have any idea i am all eyes. hear are some picture of what i am looking at the robot its kyle rom the asset store and the animation its basic movement from the asset store too, i can play GTA 5 on HQ at 25 FPS on this machine i have a intel i3-6100U 2.3Ghz 12GB RAM DDR4 , it should work but its not , by the time a idea will come i will have to take it of the game and continue with the rest o my map , the only think that its one item in here its the robot everything the inventory UI its death![alt textalt text
