how to get a model(MeshFilter, MeshRenderer) surface position? i need on the model surface set lineRenderer the positions. thank

You could try raycasting on a mesh collider too, depending on your situation.
thank, but i cannot use collider ray, because exist model back or area covered. i can calculate in mesh surface point a world position?

Try inverse transform point/transform point. I think it might work.
