First you need to understand that the model of the bottle would need to be designed to have a top that unscrewed. I'll go out on limb without searching and say there will be bottles available to buy from the asset store or turbosquid or other purveyor of 3 D items with animations that unscrew the top.

Next really look at some of the tutorials. To zoom in all you need to is move the bottle closer to the camera or vise versa. To rotate you just rotate the transform.

So what you really need is some basic understanding of transforms.

First try the tutorials.

Thank you for your help, I will definitely check the tutorials, I have the model ready, imported into Unity, I'll have to check the transforms tutorials then - I want to be able to manipulate the 3D model somehow outside Unity afterwards with mouse or keyboard - so far I haven't found any tutorials in this direction, if you know any let me know, Cheers!

Well I guess you're new to Unity and program$$anonymous$$g in general, don't worry we all start out somewhere :) For me it was "coughs incoherently" years ago on a ZX81!

Unity is a program that creates other programs so if you can get it to work in Unity then you just build the project and hey presto you can install that on a computer that doesn't have Unity. In fact you can just do a web build and it'll run on pretty much anything.

Really do some of the tutorials even if they don't seem relevant they'll show you how to get started program$$anonymous$$g and I'd recommend C# over Java, for one thing it runs faster and all the Unity tutorials are in C#. If you're just starting out learning either will be hard so go with the one Unity uses by default.

When I first learnt, I found these YouTube tutorials very useful and it starts at opening the software and finishes at making animations.
