The Name UnityEngine Does Not Exist

Hey, I'm having a really strange issue I haven't come across before. I just installed Unity and wanted to start working on a project again, but now when I open Mono I'm getting namespace errors. UnityEngine, System, and MonoBehaviors all don't exist and I'm not sure why or how to fix this.

Any help?
