How to maintain button graphic on change scene?
Hello!
I am using the onclick feature on the button. I am trying to change the image of the button when it is clicked. This works, however, the button also takes you to another scene. When returning to the previous scene, the button image is reset and does not show the change I wanted to make.
Is there a way I can have the image on the button change and still maintain that image when moving scenes? Or, is there an easier way to do this?
Project: I am newer to unity and thought it would be good practice to put it to use in school. I am making a jeopardy game as a final class project, hence the need for a button image change. For example, when a button is clicked and it goes to the questions scene, I would like to have the button have an "x-ed" out image when returning to the main menu.
