problem with Canvas Scaler
someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
I've been googling about various official/unofficial tutorials and documentation, but somehow in my project, things don't go like tutorials.
I set up Canvas Scaler for my canvas. Settings are below:
Scale with Screen Size
Reference Resolution: 1920x1080
Screen Match Mode: Match Width Or Height
Match: 0.5
Reference Pixel Per Unit: 100 (default)
I also change anchor points of "ALL" UI elements I have inside my canvas to "Stretch" (also tried to set anchors to top left, then manually stretch anchor points to cover entire canvas)
then I test screen with Free Aspect setting....and they don't work. If you see #3 and #4 image on the link, they simply just shrink or disappear.
What am I doing wrong?

Since your game is most likely to be run in landscape mode (or I am wrong), you are better off setting the scaling mode to match height the most. You can also experiment with anchor min/max parameters, these help quite a lot. Also, try different scaling methods, there is no exact answer, you will have to see what best fits your use case.
