Third Person Flight?

Hi guys hope your doing Great.

i'm working on third person flight, the basic idea is that you hold F for a few seconds to take off into the sky and if you press G you slam back down to the ground.

also when you shoot up into the sky you can fly around and rotate

i have my animations, but i just don't know how to script it and i'm using unity's third person controller
