Problems with Depth of Field, anyone else?
I'm trying to use the Depth of Field Image Effect. It's actually working very well on my MacBook Pro, and one other PC, but on most PCs I've tried, if it doesn't outright crash, it gives this weird effect where at least one of the passes is inverted (upside down) on Y. This is a Web build, BTW.
Has anyone else had such an experience or know why this might happen? My scene is fairly complex. I tried making a simple one to replicate the problem (I'm changing Object Focus dynamically), but it works ok. It might take hours to narrow this down, so any clues would be great.
I have the same issue, looking for an answer now... Have you had any luck?
I have the most recent Pro Effects and my solution was turning AA off in the Quality settings.

Ensure that you reimported the pro image effects.
The Unity 3.0 one had an issue where some of the image effects, including DoF, were inverted due to coordinate system difference on RenderTextures between OSX and DX back then.

I've had the same issue and noticed that, for me, if I set the quality settings to anything but Fantastic it worked great, and that was satisfying enough for me at the time. Along those lines I would agree with vxssmatty that the AA might be the issue. But sadly I have no solution to the problem.
