Pre-compiled shaders in an asset package?,Precompiled shaders in an asset package
Hello,
We work with 3rd parties who create content for our specialized custom platform. These 3rd parties import our custom Unity asset package, which we provide to them. We have specific CPU and GPU code that included in our package that only runs when their apps our run on our platform, and not during development in the editor. We protect the integrity of the platform specific CPU code by precompiling it into DLLs. We would like to do the same for our platform specific shaders. Is it possible for us to precompile the shaders we share in our asset packages, like Unity does for the built in shaders?
Thank you
