Scrollbar scrolling to top once released
My scrolling lists all have this odd behaviour where once I let them go, they'll go to the top of the list. Easiest to show via the gifs here: Gifs
This happens with or without my keyboard/extras plugged in. This is reproducible with the base UI prefabs scroll.
