How can I find the reason for RewardAdFailedToLoad?
I use all 4 kinds of Admob Ads such as Banner, Interstitial, Native, and Reward in my game. There was no problem at the first time and it was working well with all 4 ads.
Now, only one of my phones has some problems. It shows 3 kinds of ads (Banner, Interstitial, and Native) very well but only for RewardAd, it returns RewardAdFailedToLoad.
It's very interesting because:
1) There was no problem at the first time.
2) Only one of my phones (GalaxyS6, Android7.0, it was used as test phone very often) has problem. All other test phones have no problem with showing all 4 ads well.
3) Only RewardAd has problem. It returns RewardAdFailedToLoad. Other 3 work well
How can it be possible? And How can I solve the problem? Even I cannot find the reason code for the loadFail
I couldn't get any clue from these return values :
