How to make candy crush like level graph.

I am making a 2d game and I want to add a level selection graph in it almost like candy crush. alt text

Now I don't know how to place levels on map as they are placed on a line. Will it be manually or can it be done on runtime. If anyone have any idea that be great. Thanks
