shaderterrainclipping
How to prevent terrain from visually clipping meshes.
Is it possible not draw the terrain where meshes intersect with it?
For example: an hollow pipe sticking into the terrain. If looking into the pipe prevent from rendering the terrain where the pipe intersects it so we can see through it.
This must be possible but I am not sure how to go about it.
I am guessing it has to do with the terrain material shader and its render queue. Does anyone have a standard terrain shader that would do this?
Thank you for the help.
