Touch controls for Pong game for Android devices

Hi, I am developing a 3D pong based video game for Android devices. I am a little new to Unity so I have no idea about how touch controls works. I am currently using the same script for both paddles. Can anyone help me with this? The paddles are supposed to move just in Z axis. Thank you
