bug 953068 was still not resolved 5.6.4p2

We have bug "(953068) - Scripting: Fixed Awake containing the wrong transform values when instantiated.".

It has resolved only 2017.2.0p1.

But this bug was still not resolved 5.6.4p2 .

Version 5.6.4p2 released 3 days after 2017.2.0p1 .

Why isn't this bug resolve 5.6.x?

Do you have plan fix this bug in 5.6.x?
