Multi-Directional Navigation
Hello, I have a well setup navigation system using Unity's Navigation (I have Unity Pro) so that AI units can traverse my rectangular surfaces great.
However, I want to be able to spawn AI units underneath the surfaces as if they were in space and had magnetic boots, such that direction doesn't matter. I can't find any option in the navigation baking to allow me to specify a direction that "Down" should be when baking a navigation mesh (This would also be useful for creating spherical worlds).
Is there any way I can create a Navigation mesh with an arbitrary Up/Down direction, so that I can have AI walking on walls/ceilings? (I don't need a way to have them transfer from one to another, just to be able to pathfind on them)
