Input dispatching timed out (Waiting because no window has focus but there is a focused application that may eventually add a window when it finishes starting up.)

I published a game and I have 0.79% ANR (Application not responding rate) on Google Play with the message posted in the title.

It might have something to do with this:

From what I understand, this occurs when Activities are being changed and I think it is because of UnityAds.
Can anyone help me figure out what is going on?
