How to make blinking eyes effect like in scp:cb?

I need this script, also i need a script like scp-173 moving. Thanks in advance (bad english) (i can't write scripts by myself because i veru busy of creating models for game)

1) Why do you think it is common knowledge what SCP:CB/scp-173 is? No link, nothing. 2) You assume people are going to write your script for you. 3) You're busy and can't do it yourself, so you ask the internets, WHY?!
