Apple ReplayKit - Is it illegal?

I just stumbled accross the Apple ReplayKit, which is able to record the users voice. Is this legal, or do I just have to inform the user that his voice is getting recorded? https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Apple.ReplayKit.ReplayKit.html
