I want to add images to text
Hi, I imagine I need to create a custom font to achieve my goal here.
Essentially I want to have a text that supports images for a combat log. For example I might want to write:
"Bob takes 4 [Fire Image] damage." (with [Fire Image] being a small image of fire)
I assume there's no obvious way to do this beyond creating a custom font and replacing unused characters with the desired images.
Ideally I was hoping to find a free font creator that can use windows fonts as a base and allow you to replace specific characters, but I'm not having much luck finding such a tool.
If this is the right track, does anyone know a likely application for accomplishing my goal, or if this could be achieved some other way I'd be glad to hear that too.
Thanks
