Strange issue with scriptable objects in the "Create" menu

Good morning to everybody,

For a game, I made some scriptable objets I can create from the "Create" menu. Everything was fine until a few days ago. Unity show me this warning : alt text and now my "Create" Menu looks like this : with lots and lots duplicate item.

Have anybody already encounters this ? It may have appeared with the new version of Unity (2018.3).
