Strange Vertical offset from origin using TextMesh
I am displaying some 3D text using Unity's built in TextMesh.
When using certain fonts (not all fonts) it will vertically offset my text so that the center of the text doesn't line up with the center origin of the GameObject. This makes it hard to position, as the offset is seemingly random.
In the image below, I am using Myriad Pro Bold Condensed:
What is causing this? How can I correct it?
