Video capture and use at runtime

Hi!

I'm trying to add an in-game video player to my game, using a render texture on a UI Raw Image and this useful package.

I need it for the following process:

1) Character starts specific behaviour

2) Video start recording relevant part of the screen

3) Behaviour/Recording ends

4) A menu pops up with the just recorded video playing on a texture. After exiting this menu, the video will be at the player's disposal in another menu

What is the best way to achieve this? You can't add new resources once the game is built, right? Should i record them in an external folder on the user's computer? I don't know how "runtime new assets" are supposed to be handled... Especially videos.

The number of videos requiered is preset, if that helps in anyway (when the game starts, it's already defined it there will be 20-30 or 40 behaviours to be recorded).
