Android native third party account functionality

Hello,

I need access to the native third party account functionality of Android. There are accounts (sure, depends on person) like Dropbox or GoPro or Exchange and so on. Is it possible to receive as much as information of this accounts?

The reason is I create an VR app based on another Android app. It is horrible to login in VR, so I want to take the existing logged in account from the Android phone.
