Visual Studio can't reference to Firstpass assembly
I'm using unity 2019.3.12 After opening Visual Studio it says that I'm missing assembly reference to the code stored in Plugins folder.
Unity console is okay. When I'm opening FastActions window it suggests to add reference to Firstpass assembly, but after doing thit error still occurs. I reinstalled both Unity and Visual Studio, reloaded PC, checked dependency and deleted Visual Studio cproj and sln files, but it doesn't seem to work
Can't find anything in google. Did someone had this issue?
Same here, started to happen after upgrading to 2019.3.12.

I can confirm the same issue after upgrading to 2019.3.12. I upgraded my projects to 2019.3.13 and the issue is resolved.

I downgraded unity version and error is gone. Seems like 2019.3.12 is somehow broken
Had the same issue too... Downgrading seems like the only option atm...

Yeah just do what @Saniell is mentioning here, downgrade to your previous version or move back to 2019.3.11. There is an assembly re-referencing issue happening on 2019.3.12.
