Problem with Unity 2018.4.15f1

Hey everyone, So I made a unity account for my uni and I downloaded Unity 2018.4.15f1 as my professor told me to, and as I log in and access my licence it comes up with survey under my profile, the screen then goes blank and Im stuck with a blank screen (photo attached for convenience). I am running apples M1 chip on a MacBook. Please I really need help as my major is based off making the game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it still doesn't work.
