How to use Level of Detail on mesh terrain without gaps/holes
I have a Level of Detail script that works great but when I try use it for my maps terrain mesh which I split into small segments because each part of the mesh changes shape it results in gaps and holes in the mesh. I need to have the terrain be a mesh. Does anyone know how I could achieve this goal without the gaps and holes in the terrain? Is there any way of using level of detail but only on certain areas of one huge mesh?
