After 2019.1.3 upgrade scripts aren't working properly the snippets not showing intelisense parameter info

Before updating unity, The snippet shows Parameter Info as seen in image below alt text

Now, after unity upgrade it's gone! alt text

Environmental variables:

Current Unity version: 2019.1.3f1 Code Editor: Visual Studio Code Version: 1.34.0 with C# Extension by OmniSharp, and Unity Debugger Also tried on Visual Studio 2017 but same issue persist

Previous Unity version 5.5.0f3
