Unity Collaborate window isn't loading,Bug in unity Collaborate
I'm having an issue with Unity 2019.4.12f1
I try to open the unity collaborate but the pull window just stays blank. 
the toolbar is blank now I can't upload or download the project progress
I try to re-install the latest unity collaboration in the package manager, re-download the project, resign in my account, and the last, delete the packages folder in (Windows) /AppData/Roaming/Unity/Packages, but nothing works. Any idea how to solve the problem?
Man, thank you so much for posting this. I've been banging my head against the wall with this all day. I'm sorry it's happening to you guys but I'm also glad I'm not the only one.
We have the same problem since today... I guess there is an issue on Unitys side which hopefully is fixed asap...

Publish window tries to load but stay blocked near the end so it's impossible to publish any change.
