Sorry we are not aware of any good free to use Inapp plugin. However if it helps, we have CPNP - Lite version supporting Addressbook, Sharing, Native UI features free of cost.
Anyways as you are looking for IAP feature, would like to suggest using our paid Cross Platform Native Plugins. It provides lots of features including IAP, has unified API's and supports both iOS, Android platforms.
