VR performance affected by GPU?
Hi,
This may seem like an obvious and / or silly question but i just wanna confirm that my high end GPU isnt reporting me unrealistic numbers in my game stats menu.
I'm developing a VR game...I have a very powerful GPU and PC in general... im optimizing environments to get decent Setpass calls and Batches...but my question is basically, are these numbers effected by the power of your specific GPU or do they report the same on a lower end GPU?
My stats roughly ~
Batches ~ 350 avg
Setpass calls ~ 180 avg
tris ~ 380 K
vertices ~ 500K
My scene is far from optimized but i'm assuming these kind of stats are not horrible for a high end VR scene running on a mid range GPU? Just trying to get a sense of the targets / tolerances.
