unity3D changingscene

The following script to convert my scene: the

  function OnTriggerEnter (otherObject.collider) {
  if (otherObject.gameObject.tag == "box point") {
  Application.LoadLevel (\ "4F filename \");}

I want to design a building in

If I understand correctly it sounds like you want to have mutliple rooms where each room is a different Scene. Is that correct?

"1A and 2A, 1B and 2B interoperable stairs stairs interoperable" I do not know what you mean by this. Are you saying that both 1A and 2A scenes are loaded when the players is in the stair case connecting 1A to 2A?
