Weird dark spots when baking light
Tried rebaking again, doesn't works. Restarting unity doesn't works. I'm not very experienced in unity(especially lightning, baking) and maybe I'm getting something wrong. I was searching for solution online and didn't find it. And I'm also using probuilder, I painted faces of objects with it. But problem occurs with non-probuilder objects too.
Just a guess. But did you try turn off "receiving shadows" or "cast shadows" and then bake again? (You find the option on the meshrenderer component, on your gameobjects)

Quick fix is to turn off global illumination in lightning settings, and it didn't have effect on look of my game since its low poly.
I also noticed when recreating that scene in new project that issue didn't occured even with default settings, so It was probably my mistake.
