Keyframe animation, first frame is not automaticly proper default pose..
I have been using animation panel very active about 2 years, there is one thing i always had problem about, im at the begining of my new project so i would like to see if there is a solution to my problem;
Im using 2d sprites, parts of body such as torso, leg etc.. After placing those parts and setting up my desired pose, im begining to create animation "Idle" for examle. I pick my 15. frame after new animation is created(recording starts automaticly), rotating torso(from y=0) a little to forward(to y=15) and unity automaticly trying to pin my default pose at 1. frame which should be "y=0".. Which means im trying to making a transition between my new pose and default pose.. But often, it changes torso sprite's transformation to some other value instead of 0 at first frame and it looks broken.. When i turn off the recording function its gets back to normal(y=0) so its only first frame of animation.. To solve this, im turning off recording and copy pasting transform values to first frame again.. Having lots of parts in character really causes trouble in that case..
If you know how to solve this or maybe its me doing something wrong, please let me know.
Thanks.
