Shader to additve blend videos

I am quite new to Unity and I would like to write a shader, that blends 4 .mp4 videos additiv. Is it a big deal? I never wrote a shader before.. And is it possible to change the intensity(=brightness), saturation(default color -> black and white) while the game?
