No Gamefolder created for mobile game (Nexus 4)
In my mobile game on Android I'm creating and saving files in the Application.persistentDataPath location. When I build and run the app on my Samsung Tablet I can find the files via Android/data/myApp/files/. But when I build and run the same .apk game on my rooted Nexus 4 I cannot find any of these folder or files (game runs normally). I even checked from my PC or a file manager on the phone with root access. Nothing.
The player settings are:
no development build
prefer external install location
external write access (but also tried internal)
The Samsung Tablet has a SD Card, Nexus 4 has no SD Card.
Is this an issue with my phone? Or did I miss something in Unity?
Have you tried just outputting the value of Application.persistentDataPath on screen? It might be helpful to see what the value is when searching for why it's not where you expect it.
On the nexus 4 I get data/user/0/AppName/files and on the Samsung Tablet I get storage/emulated/0/Android/data/AppName/files... Looking up the directory on the nexus gives me this empty folder:
I don't know what to do with this info thou...
