Video player direct mode won't work

Hello everyone. I want to know if the direct mode of the video player in Unity 2017.1.1p3 has any problem. I have a video in 360 h264 with ACC track, but videoplayer wont play the sound of the track even if its recognized.

Anyone has some clues?
