Coroutine impact on frame rate

Hi, I have a very weird problem , this occasionally happens to me. when I start the game I randomly get some spikes from coroutines this is my profiler:

It took 200 ms only in MoveNext function of a coroutine??????

I'm not an english native speaker , so excuse any mistakes in my post...
