Audio Source with some extra info.
I need the BPM of my song when the game starts so I put a custom tag in the inspector but I can't figure out how to access this information. Tag in the component just returns the tag of the game object it's attached to. If your unsure of what I'm talking about it's the '...' button on the bottom right of the preview audio window.
Just to be a bit more clear. This is what I'm talking about. Does anyone have any clue how to access this data in script?

I think that data's inspector only, if you need to, you could put a variable that says "BPM" and just change that according to the song.
