Webplayer Publishing Brightens Textures?

I've had a reoccurring problem that whenever I publish a webplayer build of any project on my computer the textures and overall lighting is brightened up, a lot. I can't really show you what I mean because everything is already brightened up, there's no point in showing you just the "after" part of everything. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it?

why are you sure it's a texture changing - not shaders or light affect? try to output sae texture using GUI.DrawTexture in editor and web player and compare results.

No, no whenever I publish a webplayer, my project's lighting is affected (the editor). It seems to be the textures, but when I turn off the lighting the problem is still there.
